Long-Term Recovery
CTA is a BIPOC led, federally non-profit organization with extensive proven expertise to empower citizens to create their community of choice and improve their quality of life. Our Long-Term Recovery focuses on working with low-to-moderate income (LMI) communities to assist minority residents during and after a disaster. LMI communities have been systematically excluded from equitable access to resources in a disaster. CTA is a member of NCVOAD.
