Educational Programming
Since our founding in 2002, CTA has developed proven expertise with successful results needed to customize our educational program to fit the needs of our clients. We have the ability to work with LEA’s to reach middle and high schoolers creatively, innovatively and produce results, implementing our Global Scholars Program (GSP).
Our Global Scholars Program (GSP) motivates our K-12 youth to become 21st century leaders who connect the world outside of their classroom with their regular in-school learning. Once students are accepted, they begin their transformation process to become scholars and leaders. Thinking critically, developing problem solving skills, and learning how to effectively communicate is an essential component of our scholar’s transformation.

- Priority One- Educational Awareness- increase scholars’ value of higher education.
- Priority Two- Positive Youth Development- assist with shaping scholar’s leadership behavior.
- Priority Three- Professional Leadership- prepare scholars for their college and career readiness pathway.
- Priority Four- Service Learning- equips scholars to be impactful leaders through civic engagement.
